Realty Plus, LLC was founded in 2015 by Mike Stevens. Mike brought with him, at that time, over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. At Realty Plus, LLC, we provide professional real estate and appraisal services throughout southeastern Minnesota. We can assist with all types of properties including residential, commercial, agricultural, and land. Brady Stevens
Owner/Broker/Appraiser
Brady Stevens began his real estate career in August of 2017 by obtaining his appraiser's trainee license. Brady has always had a passion for helping others and decided to acquire his real estate salesperson license in December of 2017. He is no stranger to real estate as he has been around it his entire life since his dad had been a licensed appraiser and real estate agent for more than 20 years. Brady obtained his real estate broker’s license in 2022 and became the primary broker for Realty Plus, LLC in 2023. Also in 2023, Brady obtained his certified general appraiser’s license and performs commercial, agricultural, mixed-use, and residential appraisals for lenders, attorneys, and private parties. Brady graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management and a minor in Marketing.

Seth Hoscheit
Licensed Real Estate Agent
Seth has been around the banking and real estate world from a young age. His first job was at Citizens Bank in New Ulm working with his dad who has been in banking for nearly 40 years. From there he continued on and pursued a career in real estate insurance and has brought that experience into a career in real estate sales.
Seth graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2016 with a Master of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Science degree also from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2014. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kodi, his son Hudson, his daughter Ivy and his golden retriever, Walter. Seth also enjoys playing golf, officiating various sports, and spending time with friends and family.
